Like them or not, Jsled and Hoss have been dead on for a couple of years. Only childish games by one side, aided by a Manpower that for some reason went along with it, caused a lopsided list for 4 years.
Whoever made the decision to train 200 more Captains than FO's in IAH 737 should have been shown the door.
It is weird to see huge displacements during the "good" times. But it is what it is. I am an LUAL guy who flew on the lCAL side for the last 2.5 years. I was a beneficiary of the games played the last 4 years. I sat in a base and seat with far more seniority than I should have. I am being bumped down, and maybe out as well.
Just one more speed bump. Oh well.

Sled's "look out below" comments, while divisive, help him feel better about spending most of his adult life trying to sit in the left seat in Denver and then a relatively junior CAL guy slides in to that seat with a fraction of the seniority. Instead of blaming crap management, he helps management by aiding to drive a wedge between the two pilot groups. I have learned to pay about as much attention to his comments as a senior citizen or transient that stumbles onto BART burting out obscenities. Undoubtably hoss will come to the defense of the old man because they are essentially in the same boat. We get it, you got screwed by the big U. It will be fricken forever to hold left seat in Denver. Us "new hires" will probably get screwed at some point in the future too. Listening to you old turds now is what makes this place crappy right now.

i'm not trying to be cool. And other than a few beers with dinner hours ago, I'm not hitting the bottle. Although I should. The displacements in Denver are going DEEP. It's not over yet. Nobody likes to have their life turned upside down. And I don't need an NFG telling me what's what. The "look out below" applies to me and others who have been flying here a long time. It is what it is. That is all. Good luck.

Why? JP is way to pathetic of a person to give credit to if that's the a reason. Now we are gonna drag FNG's in this crud? Man we are housed next contract.

Honestly Sled, I happen to agree that the bids you despise pre merger were bizzare and more importantly not sustainable long term. But over the last few years, your bombast on here has made me just roll my eyes in disgust like listening to a CAL guy tell me we are gonna win a lawsuit. 99.9% of all L-UAL guys I've come across are fine to work with, yet this board continues to foster insults five years later.
