Tomorrow, or next year, will be different?
SWA and Spirit are growing in Houston very quickly, especially to Latin America. Any guess as to how that will turn out for us?

Or as frontier slowly cuts flying out of denver as they claim it is too expensive for them. We could be a pretty big powerhouse out of DEN, especially if they opened a 787 base and started some long haul stuff utilizing its range.

Yeah, but it's all over now. Kids in school. Kids out of school. Wife upset. And where are you gonna buy? Houses have went up other places as well. Yeah.. moving is sooo awesome. Bottom line in Denver....you can throw gear or commute to XXX. Otherwise pack your sheet and get out. That is reality unless you've got some serious seniority. I'm not gloating as I am in the same boat. But you have to admit, there is a little SWEET JUSTICE involved here.

Sled, you have coined the main reasons why I moved out of DEN 15 years ago.
Bottom line, the ONLY thing I miss about DEN is the dirtbike (motorcycle) riding in the mountains. THAT was world class.

Currently just riding a street bike, which is almost as fun in CO, and contemplating my next move in life. Probably won't stay here.

BTW
To the guy who stated that every captain surplussed in Denver would simply move down to the right seat to stay in Denver, whoever that was. Have you looked at the snapshot yet?

Right on! I moved to LAS. Very easy commute to LAX or SFO. Great riding around here too, just different.
