There is potential for substantial retirements once a contract is signed. Our retirement lags Fedex's in some ways. Who knows what the improvements will be.
UPS as a culture is pathetic. I think there could be a reason though that they are keeping the pool full and interviewing. Greatest job working for the worst people sums it up.
