I'm sorry, but from the complete FNG perspective (aka- not knowing a darn thing about what you just said above except for "7yr"), why do they look you square in the eye at Tower/Bldg C (pilots & HR alike) and tell you firmly "36 months"? What's the disparity?! Appreciate your guys' continued input for us newbies.
