What makes you think that? Not saying you're right or wrong but why would anyone retire early because a contract is signed?
A while back I heard a Z captain say that overall less than 20 people retired "early" when the '06 contract was signed. Not sure how accurate his info is but that's what he claimed. He said that for years we all heard the most senior pilots here say "give us better retirement and we're out of here" - and then they all stayed. Don't blame them at all which is why I question your statement. I think we'll see very few retire "early" once we have a contract. Who knows..
The fact Hogan tests are being administered again is somewhat encouraging. Overall I like it here even though no one seems to know what are future plan is. I'm trying to stay optimistic though.
