We've been told by our ALPA finance guys to not expect "dramatically increased pay rates" because Mesa does not have the money. The longer we wait, the more money we lose by holding out for an impossible contract. Those are the sad facts. So, we push for what we can get, which will be increased rates, but certainly not industry leading.
ALPA finance guys are pretty good at finding hidden money. They aren't hiding money, they don't have it.
