It's easy to say to not accept the pay. It's entirely a different matter when your there already and established. Only a fool would cause the demise of his current job without another job lined up.
With that said, a lateral move to Envoy is starting to look like a really good idea. That guaranteed flow is the only way that many of us will get to a legacy.
