I wasn't trying to be cryptic, and apologize if I was. Yes, The Company can staff any FDA with any aircraft, so long as they use the procedures established in the CBA. I've handled questions by phone and e-mail about capricious use of any aircraft in any FDA at any time, and I thougt that was being implied here.
My numbers are in VIPS (the Mobile's a better option) and my E-mail address is on the ALPA website. I'd be happy to field whatever questions you might have.
