20% is nowhere near lawsuit territory. And that's not an accurate number. It's 25-30% military. Those are solid numbers, especially if you take flight hours into consideration.
Better data to know would be the amount of applicants who are actually military and what percentage of military applicants get hired from that number. If they're hiring 1,000 pilots per year and they hire 300 military out of 400 military applicants, those are pretty good odds. Of course there could be 2,000 military apps for all we know.
