Most quality MEDEVAC companies will be either 7/7 or 4/4. The going rate this year is around 60-63k starting salary for 182.5 hrs of work. Keep in mind that extra shifts will come up that up will need to work and that will pay extra. 7bar will pay a set fee for a day rate and Air Methods will pay time and a half (excluding holidays). The companies that work a schedule more then 182.5 hrs of work a year should be paying for it, so do the math.
