Any new-hire going anywhere should know about the negatives of their chosen regional. Any less is just poor pre-flight planning. This negative of PSA is a lemon that can be used to make lemonade. Other regionals have negatives with no solution.
Hopefully you know to get PSA's permission to fly commercially outside of their operations.... Which is almost unheard of btw. But other than that, good idea bro!
