I can't vouch for DFW but it's crystal clear in the LAX operation. Envoy ground crews and gate agents are apathetic towards on time performance. They don't care. They will delay a departure to wait on three extra bags. They wont close the door at ten prior. One day while doing the preflight walk around, the ground crews were just standing there trying to figure out which bags to load because they weren't sure which destination we were headed to.
In DFW you guys park at the B40 gates. They are almost exclusively yours. The issue is too many planes. Not enough gate space. You guys have 8 or more planes delayed 30+ min for crew or MX. And the inbounds can't park until the outbound gets cleared. It's sad that all DFW doesn't like the Mesa operation. Rampers and gate agents say you guys are a nightmare to work with. Apparently very rude. That's the gate agents take. Not mine. Writing is on the wall AA is not happy with the performance #s. Just stating facts. My SPECULATION is that planes will start leaving and contracts cut short
