It's less than you may think. The difference is mostly attributable to the demographics of the pre-merger fleets combined with post merger (both pre and post ISL) movement combined with fleet adjustments. For example, the Pratt powered 757s assigned to the 76T fleet are being retired at a rapid pace resulting in a shrinkage of the fleet and thus junior pilots are being displaced in several bases.
In 12-18 months the fleets will become one so the current split fleet situation is one of the last echos of the merger.
