IBT Local 1224 v. DHL
As many are by now well aware, the most recent 1224 action message is a tightly edited re-release of previous statements opposing DHL's cynical regard for the nearly 800 U.S. pilots currently working on its behalf. If the past is any indication, both sides are digging in for what could prove to be a pivotal moment with widely cast repercussions almost a given. To that end, any useful commentary or guidance informed parties might provide with respect to the first sentence of the action message fourth paragraph would be greatly appreciated.
