Traveljunky, theskyisclear: who ever you guys are, I must admit that reading this I get a sense of deja vu. I'm among the new guys at PNCL, been here for about 5 months now on the line, and everytime I read one of these bashing posts I can't help but recalling how timid I felt when I started training. Because of people like you I was affraid I might be stepping into something really dark and cruel and to set the record straight once and for all, let me join Airsupport, highney, Silver02ex and such and say that you and others are really full of ..... The defects in the PNCL operation are well known to everybody, no hiding that nor is anybody trying to. But just like others say I join in saying, you come in, do your job go home and usually have fun during the time you're there. Luckily most people I've had the chance to fly with have a great attitude and so do the people you meet along the way in the various crew rooms. People are usually supportive, helpful and rarely greet you with anything else than a smile. We have our problems like most regionals do and while perhaps not having the greatest backup from home (hq...) our human material make up for what isn't there. Coming to work here is a fun experience thanks to the people we have. Even sitting airport reserve (at the time....) which frankly can't get much worse than that was fun thanks to those same people!
