Before I could even finish getting the phrase out of my mouth, one of their managers finished my sentence, admitting their rampers lack a sense of urgency--which is vital to this business.
So it's all the envoy rampers fault. Ooookay. Those rampers that service envoy, Acey 200s, xjet145s, and Mesa. Somehow Mesa is the only poor wittle airline getting the short end of the stick? Nah. I'll certainly believe there is a little bit of an issue. I know the rampers are ****ed off they are tasked 2 at a time for all arrivals regardless of the fact that the 900 has a third more bags to deal with. Mesa has many more issues than just envoy rampers. I too have spoken to those in the know about this.
