All you need to know is this....
"Simply The Best"
You soon will know what is means to mgmt, and what it means to the pilot group... Enjoy the pilot group, get your hours, get the upgrade, and move on with your jumpstart while everyone is bragging about their FO payrates at year 3 while you are moving on to your true goal of major/corporate/charter/freight/ or whatever else you want to do with aviation and need that magical 1000TJPIC.
PNCL may possibly have the LOWEST 2nd year FO pay... but few are even looking at that since 2nd year CA pay is better and you can get there if you have any time when you show up for NH FO training. I hold CA seniority here and I am not even on 2nd year FO pay yet- just need to wait for age to upgrade. You are hired and get all you can out of 9E- congrats again. Everyone has different reasons to go to different regionals. If you live in base (or have an easy commute to a base) and just want the CA time to move on PNCL is hard to beat. If you want a career here I would suggest elsewhere at the current time. A contract can/will change many things, but there is no time like the present to get in and out with all jet time with a quick transition!
