Yep, it was a joke.
I didn't spend a lot of time and money to get my instructor ratings to go pay someone to fly with them and take all the risk if they screw up and bust a reg.
I would also have to be able to verify airworthiness to include annual/100 hour, 91.411/413 checks etc. In other words have access to logbooks.
There will be someone somewhere desperate enough though to do it.
