Atp mins and a heart beat, you have a job. If you fail out of Mesa, it is because your brain is not wired to be a pilot. Seriously.
Only way Mesa is going to survive in the future is by being a pilot mill, offering fast upgrades, and lots of movement to the majors. Mesa is in no position to let new pilots go. From what I've seen, Mesa goes out of their way to help people, especially if they are good, kind individuals.
