Those two AT guys need to be b!7ch-slapped just like the rest of the completely off the wall incidents. Really?! 1,000 AGL at the end of the runway in MEX and they don't want to go around because of the language barrier with the departure/approach controller?! YHGTBFSM!!! If I was the CP they'd be getting some time off w/o pay.
