The actual numbers were 800' AGL, 30 degrees nose up, & 88 knots at the slowest point. Yeah......as in eighty-eight. Cause.......both pilots go heads down ON AN UNCOUPLED MISSED APPROACH (as the 737 won't do a coupled GA), to discuss their alternate airport, all while only a few hundred feet above the ground.

You are wrong. There is a formula that WN uses to determine the TFP between cities that is a combination of distance and average flight time. If the TFP is determined strictly on distance then that distance is divided by the distance between DAL and HOU to determine the number of trips. In any case once the flight is 4 minutes over the scheduled block time then the overflight pay is added to the TFP and that is done for every minute past the 4 minutes of scheduled block.
