I have insights into a number of deep-rooted problems at the company. My relationship and my sources are not to be named.
I define trash-talking as unsubstantiated.
I've already shared with several people via PM and would be happy to do more if a constructive conversation can be had.
I will change my previous hard-line advice to this:
Be extremely clear on what questions need asking before you accept employment with this company. And don't accept the company as your sole source of information.
