All I read in that post was "It's not our fault we struggle in DFW..." and "Hey everyone, come see how good we look (in an Anchorman voice)" while sticking his nose up even higher in the air.
We're all replaceable. Let's not forget that.
You're a joke, dude. I'm based in DFW, I see the problems firsthand. I've taken videos of the long delays waiting for rampers to park us. They push a jet back then disappear for 20 (or more) minutes, then come slowly meandering back after the third call to Ramp.
I've talked to Envoy's ground managers, they absolutely understand that their rampers possess zero sense of urgency. When I worked ramp back in college, there would have been hell to pay if we weren't in place waiting when the jet showed up. At DFW, we arrive to a vacant ramp far more often than not. They know we're coming, there is zero excuse for it.
But I understand why it's happening. They're paying those rampers barely above minimum wage--that is, not enough to give a rats arse. Hustle costs extra, and American isn't paying for that.
