In any case, POS15 was not only instant relief, but it forgave what should have been 54.7% block hours in our favor and went forward to allow the company to plummet to 49% block hours (which for now would be 43.45% EASKs) on a permanent basis. That would be like us saying we wanted even more unverified sick time, more trips pulled for OE and more profit sharing.
While there are various hypothetical scenarios that would favor BH vs EASK or vice versa, clearly both are important and clearly the company wants to use DAL pilots as the lift providers of absolute last resort. That is why we have scope and production balances.
Its clear that going forward we need to protect both metrics to a reasonable degree, and in no case should we give up block hours below what we were promised over 4 years ago that the company flat out refuses to honor.
And SEA is still not a hub for some ridiculous reason.
I can't find the total block hours flown by AF/KLM. I gather you did find a source for that.if you post those numbers it will be easy to crunch the data.
