1.Like them or not, Jsled and Hoss have been dead on for a couple of years. Only childish games by one side, aided by a Manpower that for some reason went along with it, caused a lopsided list for 4 years.
2. Whoever made the decision to train 200 more Captains than FO's in IAH 737 should have been shown the door.
3. It is weird to see huge displacements during the "good" times. But it is what it is. I am an LUAL guy who flew on the lCAL side for the last 2.5 years. I was a beneficiary of the games played the last 4 years. I sat in a base and seat with far more seniority than I should have. I am being bumped down, and maybe out as well.
Just one more speed bump. Oh well.
1. Maybe they were right. Maybe they guessed right in their anger.
2. Didn't happen. They ran IAH CA/FO up to over 650+ each seat. Difference is a lot of FOs bid out. Btw the first Manpower guy got fired after the shocking revelation that he guessed wrong that Denver bumps would follow the seat elsewhere.
3. Suspect it will work itself out just fine once Company ever figures out an end state. I have stayed at the bottom of that IAH FO list for 2 years but think with even a little bit of moving on between the legacy groups this can be a very good place to be. Turned down other opportunities because i think that. But waiting to see somebody step up and lead the combined pilot group.
