The king and Pilotpip - Couldn't agree more with the both of you! Most guys aren't difficult to fly with, even if they are in training.

Personally for me, it's attitude. If the person I'm flying with has a bad attitude, low time or high time, that with ruffle my feathers. They don't have to be as sharp as a syringe needle as long as they're willing to learn, nice and have a positive attitude. That's all I can ask for. A sense of humor and good personality would be a plus but not absolutely fatal. I didn't mean for this to sound like a personals ad.
