The king and Pilotpip - Couldn't agree more with the both of you! Most guys aren't difficult to fly with, even if they are in training.
Personally for me, it's attitude. If the person I'm flying with has a bad attitude, low time or high time, that with ruffle my feathers. They don't have to be as sharp as a syringe needle as long as they're willing to learn, nice and have a positive attitude. That's all I can ask for. A sense of humor and good personality would be a plus but not absolutely fatal. I didn't mean for this to sound like a personals ad.

Well, one thing is for sure, as time goes on more and more ppl finding their way into the hiring boards will have a less than pleasant idea of the PFT'ers. I for one wouldn't want anything going against me. Some of the interviews can be plenty nerve busting already without you having to hang your head in shame when they look at your resume.
The real bottom line is that if you have no respect for your fellow pilots OR yourself...at least have respect for your ma and pops bank account and go get a job that actually pays you since there are plenty to be had these days.
