I have stayed at the bottom of that IAH FO list for 2 years but think with even a little bit of moving on between the legacy groups this can be a very good place to be. Turned down other opportunities because i think that. But waiting to see somebody step up and lead the combined pilot group.

3. There is no "end state". It is continuous change. I guess that would make continuous change the "end state".
