Yes, they need to see your written results which you will have to get from the FAA. It isn't CX that needs it, it is the HKCAD that does. I got an 85% on mine and I'm in week three of class here at CX so i don't think they really care too much about it. They're going to ask their own questions anyway so concentrate on those.

Most of the crazy stuff they ask for is not from them though. It comes from the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department. You could always re-take it but I don't really think it matters.
