I'm referencing pathetic praise on Jeffery I overheard from a few too many 'work hard, fly right' middle managers at and around Fred's friends. Hence why I roll my eyes at anyone calling Rainey supremerly talented given that he climbed up the ladder via Jeffery. We can and will do better one of these days.
