I'm new to the airline industry so take what i say with a grain of salt. I do believe however I did adequate research when making my decision and i decided on PDT. Our contract is good as far as regionals go. Cancellation, 150%, deadhead, and 29 an hour. All of those along with the flow and our current upgrade time you can't beat. 1.5 years.
