Before this thread gets hijacked, I've flown both the Dash and the RJ. I found the Dash to be slow and very forgiving. Very stable. It's like flying a big 172. The RJ, at first will seem overly quick and have to react faster. But after a while, it's not Noticeable. CRJ stands for Climb Restricted Jet as it runs out of climb oomph between 180-200. Still not an overly difficult plane to fly.
To fly either plane, learn the company profiles, call outs and procedures. Know the limitations, given in the flight manual and you've won 90% of the battle.
