You get both...sort of.

You'll end up with more airline miles than hotel miles since they've gone out of their way to negotiate them off our overnights...as a matter of fact you'll log way more time on the frequent flier programs than you ever will in flight deck (unless you count jumpseating because it's better than a lot of the travel they give you)
