Back on topic. If people unite against the real enemy here, which is corporate greed and NOT do what PSA, Piedmont and Envoy did, we have a real chance at making this industry better. Regionals will shrink regardless as demand for pilots climbs much higher than the supply. Atleast we can enjoy a nice liveable wage and decent QOL, while you wait for that mainline phone call. Even for the lifers, being at a regional shouldn't be a curse either.
Corporate greed? You're so easy to walk all over I wouldn't pay you anything either. I know you'll work free so won't give you one extra dime. You'll complain a lot but I could care less how much you complain. As long as you show up like a good little boy that's all I care about. If you step out of line I'll make sure alpa straightens you out.
