Alpa is the problem, you first have to recognize that. They don't work for regional pilots. Major airline pilots sold scope so they could enrich themselves at regional pilot expense.

Connect the dots. Step one in any meaningful solution is to get rid of alpa.

Alpa is not interested in making major changes, they are interested in very small changes to status quo.

Alpa speaks a good game. They make grand statements. But pilots make grand statements to. We see it every day on this forum. But it doesn't go any further than just b*tchin and letting off steam.

Pilots just don't care enough to do anything meaningful.
