If they eliminated the red tape they wouldn't be a government agency. How would their officials be able to look into the eyes of their contemporaries at the FAA, National Park Service, etc?

Boy, imagine if the government spent some time streamlining things and getting rid of beaurocacy how many BILLIONS of dollars this government would save every year...
