SW says this;

PLENTY of dudes hired WITHOUT turbojet regardless of background. But it's ALSO a competitive environment.
FedEx, who recently dropped their TPIC says this;
A minimum of 1000 hours total fixed-wing pilot-in-command in multi-engine turbo prop A/C or jet A/C or combination thereof (GTOW 12,500 or greater) is preferred.

UPS says this;

Note, I simply picked those 3 because of their TPIC requirement, or long held TPIC requirement which was recently dropped (FX).
