I'm going to take issue with this post:

It's because of affirmative action that people like me have the opportunity to fly jets and run airports. It is because of people like you, (based on the statement you made) that has cost this country economically, socially and politically over the years. This country has failed to develop its human, intellectual and labor capital to its fullest; thus the many problems we face.

If this country would have solved its racial and women suffrage issues long ago, can you image where this country would be in terms of economic and political stability? Also, we would be having this conversation, now would we?
