Falcon....I would say now is probably the best time to get on with Mesaba. The future is anyone's guess. Northwest can be fickle and you can expect to be pitted against 9E and Compass. But getting hired at the front end of a growth wave can be very good for career progression. I got hired in early April if I remember correctly. I just finished indoc, crm and gen subjects.
