One can choose to be miserable all the time or one can realize what they signed up for. No lies were told to me by the person who recommended me here and has left for greener pastures. I've done the 22 hour DH's in a middle seat going to Japan with two connections, sat short call for no reason while the airplanes are on the other side of the world. There's a TON of stuff that needs to be changed in order to make this a better place to work but it beats working at Any regional, 135, 91K or other ACMI any day!

Plus side: avg of 16 days a month at home (east coaster), pay is always on time if not two days early, NEVER called on off days to be junior manned while attending a personal affair, great cockpit crews, home based, great mx (most of the time), 12 straight days off a month (if you don't bid a split line), CP backs you on all issues if you're not negligent.

It's easy to gripe about a job but why not be part of the change that makes its a better place!
