They do have specifics. These same concerns and many more have been shared with managers by multiple pilots.

Suffice it to say I've been here long enough to see the good bad and ugly. I'm not going to discuss specifics since this thread is read regularly by upper management. But please know I don't disagree with you that EAS is overall a good company, and could become a really great place to be. I hope it will be somewhere I can spend at least a few more years. But I'm also not going to look at any situation through rose colored glasses.
