This is a section that will potentially cost many pilots, myself included, tens of thousands in POP. As new hires go through 777 training I am forced to delay my training back to the 777 until some time in 2017. This is not my choice and if given the opportunity I would take the first training slot available. So the 50k question is.....with this new slot denial payment system, how many "SDP payments of 3k" will the company be paying someone like myself until my activation on the 777.

The way I read it is they only pay you once. You could lose lots of bucks while they keep training new hires into the WB seats. They could hire into Capt seats and make one time payments. It is a huge can of worms and you know with the company's track record, they will abuse it.
