If I read this section correctly, this is a major give back and windfall for the Company.
I know guys, who because of the initial HKG and CDG bids, who were getting POP for 3-4 years. That is a ton of money and cost the Company dearly. I would guess many hundreds of thousand $$.
Now they can worry a lot less about seniority when putting out and awarding bids and it will cost them a minuscule fraction of what they currently have to pay.
This, along with the possible major increase in insurance premiums due to a formula for calculating our costs that are way to fluid, and probable efficiencies they gain with other parts of the contract that are not cut and dry, I would guess that this isnt a TA that is cost neutral for them but one where there is a net positive.
It has been said over and over, but for a company that has been profitable forever, this is a total insult to the crew force. When are "we" going to say enough is enough!!!
