I gather we don't fly with the same group. Most of the senior Captains I know take into account how a contract affects everyone, not just their personal bank account.
And most of the senior Captains I know are good guys. 99% are good guys overall at the airline. We fly with the same group. And when you ask someone their druthers what they say sometimes doesn't match what their intentions are when then are by themselves voting for a TA.
