Really? There are a lot of reasons this TA sucks. The health care costs are enough. Honestly, its time to unemotionally send this TA back and work for a better one. The issues have already been set forth on what the company is going to pay hourly so how is the company going to change what the offered? . If we send this back, we will do better.
