I think Greatplains is probably right. Big money in the TA. We need to see how it's applied. Pay rates just above American's new rates. Signing bonus, B fund increase, A plan for all future pilots (but no cap increase unfortunately). We need to see what the QOL and scheduling improvements/fixes are.

Really? There are a lot of reasons this TA sucks. The health care costs are enough. Honestly, its time to unemotionally send this TA back and work for a better one. The issues have already been set forth on what the company is going to pay hourly so how is the company going to change what the offered? . If we send this back, we will do better.
