Seems to me that the millions that the MEC and FDX claim in gains for this TA are not exactly accurate. I think the company has taken the increased cost of doing business and moved it so that those monies pass through our hands as "pay increases".

Massive rise in health care cost (of doing business). Pass the cost to the pilots, give them the money, let them pay it, call it a raise.
