I'm a new hire, got the offer last week! Ecstatic about it!

Hiring is robust, obviously, and most people I know (mil bros) are getting multiple calls. I think its musical airlines until you get an offer from the legacy, or freight, (or swa for some folks) that has a domicile where you want to live. Or perhaps they want something close to their reserve unit. I don't think many people are chasing the best pay.
