You people do realize that a 40-50% increase in your health care premiums is different than your 13% pay raise by November 2016. Maybe some don't understand ratios/fractions/percentages...but you all can't be that thick. Worst case projections for the buy-up plan increase by $245 a month (above current book.) $2940 a year. Worst case pay raise, a pilot just finishing his 1st year and going on second year pay in the 757 and he stays in the 757 for the entire contract...he'll make an extra 59,900 a year in 2021. How can he ever hope to pay that extra $2940 when he's only making an extra $59K?
Maybe people should read a little more of the contract instead of the comments on this board before they get all riled up.
