Another thing to think about. Pay-rates are taxed and then DALPA takes their, cut but QOL is not taxed..........................................at least not yet.

That's exactly why we need MORE sick leave, not less, with cheaper medical premiums, which have kept going up up up, along with deductibles, and we needed more hours per day for training, vacation and at home training credit.
Oh, and at least one more nickel of per diem.
